Minecraft Create Factory Update – Rebuilding the Factory for Power Grid My Minecraft Create survival world has gone through another major round of changes, and this time the factory itself had to be redesigned. The reason for this was a mod change that affects much more than just a few recipes. Create Crafts & Addons is being removed from the world and replaced by Create Power Grid. Because the old mod was integrated into several parts of my factory, removing it meant that I could not simply delete the mod and continue playing as usual. Several production chains had to be redesigned, new generators had to be constructed, and the factory needed a completely new infrastructure for some of its resources. September brings another round of major changes and new plans to my Minecraft Create survival world. The city is continuing to grow, the transportation network is getting more ambitious, and I have started experimenting with a completely new part of the infrastructure: After spending quite some time experimenting with different Create-related addons, I have decided to replace my previous electricity mod, Create Crafts & Addons , with Create Power Grid . The Great Migration to Minecraft 1.21.1 – Was It Worth It? Building a Realistic ICE High-Speed Train for my Minecraft Create Survival World One of the biggest missing pieces of my transportation network has always been realistic passenger trains. While freight trains have been transporting resources across the world for quite some time, I wanted to create something that would make traveling between future cities and railway stations feel much more alive. For this reason, I recently started building my own version of the famous German ICE (InterCity Express) using the Create Mod. Instead of downloading an existing schematic, I decided to design the train myself so it perfectly fits the scale, style, and railway infrastructure of my survival world. Update 07.26 – Expanding the Highway Network and Planning the Central Railway Station Construction never really stops in my Minecraft Create Survival World, and this month has mainly been about building the foundation for several of the largest infrastructure projects I have ever attempted. While there may not be many finished buildings yet, an incredible amount of planning has gone into the transportation network that will eventually connect every district of the map. Realistic European Road Logistics in Minecraft One of my long-term goals in my Minecraft Create Survival world has always been to create realistic transportation systems that go beyond traditional railways.
